Who sends the messages

Text messages come from Bud Innovative LLC, trading as Bud Holdings, from (863) 766-2221.

How you opt in

There are two ways, and both start with you:

• You text us first. You send a message to (863) 766-2221, usually after receiving a letter or email from us. That message is your consent.
• You tick the box on our contact form. The box sits below the phone number field, is unticked by default, and the form submits without it. The form asks for a phone number so we can reach you about your property, but entering that number is not consent. We text you only if you tick the box.

We do not add numbers from purchased lists, public records, or any third party. If you have not contacted us first, we will not text you.

What we send

Only messages about the property enquiry you raised. Answering your questions, arranging a time to speak, confirming an appointment, and sending you an offer. Nothing else, and no messages about anything unrelated.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. It depends entirely on the conversation you are having with us. Most people exchange a handful of messages over a few days.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you anything. Whatever your mobile carrier charges for messages under your plan is between you and them.

How to stop

If you would also like us to stop emailing or sending mail, tell us and we will remove you from everything.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and message delivery depends on your carrier and your handset.

Your privacy

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
